Our magick is carefully crafted and sometimes a little stubborn—so most items are final sale. You have 30 days to return items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Custom spells, psychic readings, and oils cannot be returned—they’re bound by their own power. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or bewitched, contact us within 7 days at neurospicydiva@icloud.com, and we’ll conjure a solution.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, even the universe takes its time—your bank may need a little extra to process it.
